In order to log into University of Washington systems, you need a username called a NetID or UWNetID. You may already have one if you have a relationship with the University of Washington as a program participant, student, or employee, or are a current or former employee of UW Medicine, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, or Fred Hutchinson.
If you have already started an application to the University of Washington, you likely were given a UWNetID that way.
If you can't remember if you have a NetID or you know you have one but can not remember what it is, try using the Find Your UW NetID tool. Do not request a new NetID.
By completing this form you are certifying that you don't have, and have never had, a UWNetID assigned to you.
WAC 478-121-110 lists “Acts of dishonesty” that are prohibited by state law. Disciplinary sanctions, including permanent separation from the university, can be imposed for “Knowingly furnishing false information to any university official;" or “Providing dishonest or misleadingly incomplete information or answers on application forms or in response to other official university requests for information."
